How your data is handled
Nyaya does not transmit your legal data. Matters, notes and bookmarks stay in the app’s private storage on your device; the only network use is Google Play Billing.

- Is my case data sent anywhere?
- No. Nyaya does not transmit your legal data. The app requests internet access solely so Google Play can process purchases; that permission is never used to send your matters anywhere.
- Is Nyaya legal advice?
- No. It is a professional reference and organisation tool. It does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for a qualified lawyer’s judgement.
