Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Software Subscriptions

LaunchGrid provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription. Merchants may cancel their subscription at any time through their billing dashboard.

2. Refund Eligibility

As LaunchGrid offers a free starter tier for evaluation, all paid subscription fees are non-refundable once processed. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. End-Customer Refunds

LaunchGrid is NOT responsible for refunds to end-customers who purchase products from merchant stores. All buyers must contact the respective merchant directly for refunds and returns.
