1. Introduction

Welcome to LaunchGrid. LaunchGrid Software Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") operates strictly as an Intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We provide software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools enabling merchants to build their own e-commerce websites.

2. Platform Status & Liability

LaunchGrid is a technology platform, NOT a marketplace. We do not process payments on behalf of merchants for their end-customers, nor do we control inventory, shipping, or fulfillment. Each merchant is an independent business entity.

We hold zero liability for consumer disputes, refunds, chargebacks, or counterfeit goods sold by merchants using our software.

3. Prohibited Activities

Merchants are strictly prohibited from using LaunchGrid to sell illegal items, counterfeit goods, unauthorized financial services, or engage in fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to terminate any store immediately without notice if these terms are violated.

4. Earnings Disclaimer

LaunchGrid makes no guarantees regarding sales, traffic, or financial success. Any revenue figures presented in marketing materials are individual case studies and do not represent guaranteed outcomes.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
